Saw an interesting question at the wall.. asking which team will qualify to the round of 16 of both Italy and New Zealand draw the next match with same scoreline again.. Here is the tie-breaking rules defined by the FIFA.

1) greatest number of points obtained in all group matches;
2) goal difference in all group matches;
3) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.
If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria, their rankings will be determined as follows:
4) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;
5) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;
6) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned;
7) drawing of lots by the FIFA Organising Committee.

Therefore, if the above situation really happened, FIFA would have to use the last resolution - "Drawing of lots" .. which sounds a bit unfair to me.. hahaha... Should at least have a penalty kickoff match to decide.. :lol: :lol: :lol:
